Sandalstone Group, LLC. is a diverse California real estate development company that has it roots helping California homeowners purchase affordable housing since 2004. 
The Company strives to do its business in a manner to help its customers realize the American homeownership dream, reward its investors and improve the communities within which it does business.  Lower California Property Taxes was formed after the Company's customers were faced with the whammy of declining home values and increasing costs most notably interest costs and property costs.  The firm's mission is to reduce the 2nd largest burden a homeowner faces.
 
The Company's founder is a graduate of Yale University and has an MBA from Dartmouth University.  The Company employs the services of licensed CA realtors.
